Had a very enjoyable lunch time meal at the Globe today with the family.  Received a phone call prior to leaving home to advise that there was a problem in the kitchen so the menu choice was more restrictive today, however the menu choice available was more than adequate.

Sunday lunch was an excellent choice after the drive to stay at the Hotel it is within. It was Easter Sunday and very quiet but the food, service and friendly staff were very good. The restaurant is in a bright and airy orangery and although a little on the pricey side it was a pleasurable experience to the start of our few nights away.

Went in for my Birthday and the food and service was superb.

Food was excellence. Service was quite slow. It was obvious that we would have to wait  with only 3 staff dealing the bar, restaurant etc.The number of staff left to cope was not good, but those that were there were very good.I suggest you employ more staff to avoid damaging your very good reputation

We have eaten here many times. This time things were not as good as usual.  It was half an hour before we ordered, and a long wait between courses.

Only place that meets high standard  of serviceWell enjoyed meal  credit to staff  x5 STAR RATING........
